How to generate large networks with truncated power-law degree distribution on igraph C code?

I want to generate a large network (N = 25000) with a truncated power-law (not power-law) degree distribution on igraph. But we only have igraph_static_power_law_game in the graph generators there. Is there any way to generate this kind of network on igraph?
