OpenCV programs crash at runtime with Windows 7 and Code::Blocks

I followed this tutorial to install OpenCV at Windows 7 and use it with Code::Blocks: http://ift.tt/1hkfZ3Z

I can compile any OpenCV program without any errors, but all of them crash at runtime! I won't put any specific code here because it happens with all OpenCV samples.

Please, help me! I looked for everything. I checked System Path, dlls problems, and nothing solves my problem at all.

P.S.: My Windows 7 is 64 bits, but I'm using 32 bit dlls and libraries because MinGW is 32 bits.
