Array such that implement 10 circular queue?

I was asked in an interview for entrance in a IT Department of Chinese University, and unfortunately got stuck into it. So Sad !

He asked:

in Static Array we implement 10 circular queues, and we can store at most 1000 elements in whole queues, what is the length of this array?

Who can describe me, how I think about it?
