Troubles in installing Openexr by using CMake

I'm working on a photography project and I'm trying to install Openexr by using CMake. I followed the following README file:

I successfully generated the sln file by using CMake-GUI and built the solution in Visual Studio 2012. According to the README file, the next step should be "right click INSTALL project and build,". I felt very confused about this step. What should I right click? I tried to use ctrl F5 and F5 in Visual Studio 2012 but it doesn't work. Could anyone give me some help? Thank you in advance.
