Invalid argument for address

I am using an Support Vector Machine training algorithm with Open CV library. The program requires the Number of positive and negative samples and the location of these files. So Overall 4 arguments are required when i run the executable file. How can i give the address of the folders containing the positive and negative images?

Also i do not know how to pass arguments that is why i am using command prompt to run the exe. If there is any other way of doing that please tell me. Thanks.
