Any one can tell me that how we can run a exe file remotely?

sir, I have an application which is running on pc1 but for that pc I have not any input device and there is some shortcuts for the app running on that. So I have make a virtual keypad for the shortcuts of that app.This virtual keypad's exe is running on pc2 so how I can use my exe on pc2 for app running on pc1.
