I recently started a project about 2d tunnel detection.Here is a sample image that .I want to using opencv technology to automatically detect the 'center line' between two walls.
The Input Sample Image is here. Note that tunnels may overlap with each other without intersecting
The Expected Output would be as this. Note that for the output image ,the area circled with blue are actually overlap not intersect.
Here is my question:
Is opencv suitable for this application ? if yes,which algorithm should i use the best ? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
